Step-by-step process flow:
1️⃣ Feed Preheating – Raw naphtha is heated using heat exchangers.
2️⃣ Mixing with Hydrogen – Hydrogen is added to the feed.
3️⃣ Reactor Section – The mixture passes through a catalytic reactor where HDS & HDN occur.
4️⃣ Hot High-Pressure Separator (HHPS) – Separates liquid naphtha from excess H₂ & H₂S gases.
5️⃣ Stripping Column – Removes H₂S, NH₃, and light hydrocarbons from treated naphtha.
6️⃣ Final Product – Sulfur-free hydrotreated naphtha is sent to the catalytic reformer.
