✅ Check Recycle Gas Compressor Performance – Measure compressor discharge pressure and flow.
✅ Inspect for Leaks – Use hydrogen detectors or soap-bubble tests on flanges and joints.
✅ Analyze Hydrogen Purity – Ensure H₂ is not diluted with nitrogen or other gases.
✅ Monitor Stripper Overhead System – Improper stripping can allow light hydrocarbons to dilute hydrogen.
